About LFR N'Zoth and Removing LFR

LOL. You didn’t even try to look it up. Look at the PvP ladders. Blizzard doesn’t release unrated participation, but queuetmes continue to grow as fewer participate.

Nobody who joins the game now has even a remote chance at winning in pvp.

By the time they get done with raiding and high keys, grinding the right essences, the cloak, corruption, the expansion will be over.

I have been shuffling numbers about WoW for a time now, I know what you mean, and I know you want to make a point over what makes you right.
But you are not right. lol
You make a point like “if you look what I am saying and nothing else I am right”.
Because “except what makes you wrong, everything makes you right”.

Do you think you are the first person to try this ? lol

Here we go, Mr. “More people are playing retail than ever! PvP is way up! I know I’m right, because I know it in my heart!”

It sounds like you don’t even play the game. Or you have no guild or friends, and thus can’t see how many players have left.

Tonite’s N’bastidge fight was a mess. Used my neck, still got mc’d. First time that happened. Something was borked with my instance. Went into a fresh one and psycho was dead on the floor. It was kinda broken.

Try again tomorrow.

Did you use your neck before you dropped to 20 sanity?
Anything lower then that and you risk losing it before you gain it back from the neck.

I haven’t even set foot in the LFR version yet. What makes you think I’ve set foot into normal?

And?
Who forced you to play it?
Leave them be. they have ZERO effect on anyone in normals and above.
good lord…

Nothing needs to change. People just need to understand that LFR is just the “easy” setting for raiding and there will be fights with mechanics that you will need to do in order to defeat the encounter.

Agree.
I also agree it can be insane in LFR.
Many of the players are new or just arent that great and couldnt hack it in real raiding to begin with. LFR is literally their only real chance to see the content (and it literally DOESNT matter if a few who do ‘real’ raiding cant handle that point).
So what if theyre banging off the walls? Theyre harming no one.

I gave up on that dragon mount after half a dozen attempts watching the clowns making the same exact mistake over and over and wiping.
Yeah…ok…I didnt get a cool mount, but Im not petulant enough to then demand that LFR be removed because I didnt get muh stuffs or it was irritating that they kept doing the same dumb thing over and again.

Some of these players will never progress. Some of them will find out they like raiding and will move on to normals. Some like myself will realize they hate raiding because theres no tactics/strategy to it. Its like a big street mob destroying everything in its path hoping nothing actually blows up in their faces.
5 man runs are all I enjoy. One tank. One healer…and hoping everyone in the group does their job right.

LFR probably needs tweaked just like the others do at times.
It doesnt need removed because someone wanted to complain about players not exhibiting mythic caliber teamwork.
Anyone who’d expect that sort of coordination in a group of random players might not have realistic expectations in the first place.

I’ve always hated LFR. I honestly feel it gives new players a bad view of what raiding and the end game is in this game. If LFR was my first experience raiding, i’d have quit this game a decade ago.

People in LFR don’t try, are extremely toxic, and god forbid you actually want to get anything accomplished in there because somehow that makes YOU the bad guy. Pugging normal is 100 times easier simply because you don’t need 4-5 people to actually do something to remove the afk/carries.

Except it’s not, and the fact that you queue’d up for LFR to see what raiding is like proves my point exactly. Don’t get me wrong, you’re moronic for judging the rest of the raiding scene on LFR, but i don’t blame you.

For some of us, LFR is all we have.

I don’t have any cereal so i’ll just eat poison ivy with milk. It’s all i have after all.

great. Dont LFR. Problem solved.

Most are just fine. Some are toxic.

keep your insults to yourself.

no one is forcing you to LFR.
so dont.
Its a choice.
if you go in there, its ALL on YOU.

Except it’s not. Again, other people who WOULD be raiding either quit the game or just accept LFR as what raiding is. Either way it effects me. Raiders make my raid group more healthy and boost the ingame economy as well.

LFR actively makes the game worse. Even for people who don’t do it. Like me.

Plays LFR even though no one is forcing them

Not sure whats so hard to understand about this?

Seriously check my achievements… wait does LFR even give achievements? God i hope not.

THAT just makes it WORSE.
You claim that you dont play it but youre complaining about it.

I dont Pet Battle.
REMOVE PET BATTLES NOW, blizzard!
Because I dont Pet Battle but someone told me they suck!

You DO realize…god i hope you do…that we cant take you seriously at this point.
If you dont work on cars, you AINT the person to be telling us how it is done.

Taking your cloak off once you’ve zoned in should result in being immediately kicked and given a two hour deserter debuff.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can not make it drink.

This LFR in particular has zero, little to zero engagement for the audience it is intended for. In fact, as much as I do not like the personalities involved in WoW such as Streamers. Mike Preach was pretty spot on with his thoughts on LFR.

Higher level players are no longer wanting to carry people in LFR which is how it was designed. For higher level players to round out their chores to progress and for low end player to see the story.

There is just no need for LFR. They could 100% scrap LFR and add in a solo system similar to visions that only give comestics, toys, pets, and the like. No gear but gear transmog.

It’s overwhelmingly clear, the people who LFR is for do not want LFR to gear, they want to see the story and get things. So give them an outlet without lettting them suffer.

The solo thing should be at least difficult enough to let people die when they mess up, doesnt need to be super difficult.
