I love reading all these “QoL Changes” posts. Vanilla wasn’t about QoL. It was about the grind, as Classic should be. Build a bridge and get the F over it.

Yeesssssss. This is what gets me about most of these “change posts”. Most of what they ask for is almost always to make something easier, more convenient, less time consuming.

Everyone has their opinion, I just hope the anti-changers don’t forget to express their opinion too.

Before the forum migration there were far more hard line purists than we see now.

Wow, that is really a mystery. Hardline purists are not likely to download and subject themselves to 10 levels of modern wow so that they can post here. Modern wow accounts with access to the forums is higher. Yeah, quite the mystery. EDIT: also hardline purists may have simply written blizzard off at this point.

Lo and behold all of a sudden half the forums accepted this as good changes and the slippery slope fallacy was all but forgotten.

Brave hunter of alts (who handwaves the OP/Saqe of course) is happy to believe that “half of the forum” supports sharding. Again, what a mystery that existing accounts outnumber purists.

You’re right there are quite a few trends here.

Trend: new forum has the moderation at an even lower level.

I believe if blizz was serious about getting better at communication they would start with the way these forums allow and even encourage trolling.

But where would you Falannaa, Saqe and Whiskee post then?

Its a demo. A lot of the stuff is clutter left over from the legion client. The phasing can be explained by the sheer number of players trying to play the demo. Its smart. There are only so many servers. Hopefully it will be gone in the actual game. The increased regen could be because they want us to be able to play within the time limit. I have moments of frustration like every human and I can be competitive. More important to me is having laughs and everyone enjoying themselves.

Quite a few posters on here I’d love to game with because you can see in how they post that the game is just for fun.

It would take a lot more for me to play with Gnocci, but I would do even that because we have at least one thing in common- we like(d) WoW at some point in our lives.

Edit: to Nicho- I guess we will soon see amigo. Just want you to know, in case you don’t, that mmr is separate from cr. A cr (current rating) of 2600s can have an mmr (match making rating) in the 2800s, especially if your win percentage is good.
