I never liked the furbolgorilla look. It felt to me like the designers didn’t like bears and thought players were tired of them too. But sparkle kitty… Oh, my!

Seriously. It especially bothers me that the Mage tower bear skins are literally the only bear skins in the game that aren’t ugly

Oh, well that sounds exactly like torghast… except for the timer which I can ignore…
The mage tower was entirely optional. There was no power component to be gained from doing it. People only did it for the challenge and for bragging rights.
If they were to bring it back it is reasonable to assume the amount of work involved would cost us a raid tier.

Nah. It was nothing like Choreghast.
I didn’t have to farm it for one. The challenge for me was actually a healing challenge, which was great since I’m a healer. You needed to know your CC, your stuns and all that.
And it was definately challenging. I’m still glad I beat it before I out geared it.

Otherwise people would want challenge mode from MOP back or this or that. They missed out, they missed out.
I don’t fall into that category. I got the mage tower on all 36 specs and I want it back just because I found the fights fun. Especially Kruul. Once I understood the fight he became my favorite one to do. I even made a new DH alt just so I could do it again once I finished it on all my tanks.
(Okay I didn’t like the twins. They sucked.)
But challenge mode still exists, it’s called mythic+
Having completed that challenge before is not that special as to warrant such a thing. I say it because while I’d understand people wanting to be “unique” with something that doesn’t exist anymore, the way people react to it is as if the earned an oscar to best WoW player or something. 
I’d do it if it’s brought back, as I was new back then. But if not, alright, I don’t care. Let alone to pay a lot of gold to it.
Or or just give it new rewards?, it was a simple challenge that literally anyone and their mom could complete as long as they played current content, and let people that didn’t get the skins they want. Idk man just a suggestion, this is coming from someone with MT skins btw.

This is a problem. And stuff like this leads to people asking for the MT to come back constantly. Artifact weapons and appearances were widely popular, and they were without a doubt high quality designs.
When there exists only 2 flails in the entire game that are gone and class locked, it’s natural for people to feel bummed. Blizz has failed to provide new weapons and armor that people actually want. Until they do, people will continue to ask for MT appearances.
They didnt fail and I’m sure there will be something again. Just think if someone actually looked at accounts people dont even have a quarter of what wow has to offer as far as mog goes. There’s plenty to stay entertained with. How much irl stuff you missing should the government just change everything so you can have?

Better idea. Add all the things that have been removed, back into the game. all of them. If I chose to spend my time going for the OG amani bear or mage tower skins or anything else, the time spent should be the “cost”.
This idea of missing out in a game is nonsense self harm.
