So we agree that using “BE theme” when talking talking about hair and skin is a weak argument? There’s so many ways to differentiate BE to VE like with hair style and void jewelry.

No, just pointing out it would be wrong to include them just based on lore alone. The visual should remain unique on a moral stand point also, as we should respect BE players wanting to look different from their void counter parts and vice versa.
Void elfs who don’t even look like Void elfs seem to hate themselves. They are not proud of their darker purple skin and weird hair and would rather bloodelf wash themselves? Pathetic.

I had hoped Void Elves would get black eyes like Night Elves or N’Zoth eyes but nope only that meh purple and more shades of blue.

don’t remind me of NE dk’s. They are one of the only races that can change eyes as a DK.

Lol, when I still had a Death Knight that bothered me, so did that we couldn’t have red, green and purple eyes in addition to the blue and although I don’t feel as strongly about it now, I do think they need more eye color options and not just for one race. 
Then I respectfully disagree BE theme/Visual is not skin or hair color, its more than that.

It is, but as VE we should not get any closer to looking like them from a race rp standpoint. Skin color is close enough, and although I don’t fully embrace it, at least I can see entropic embrace better with it.
Unless lore dictate it? And not something so subliminal like the Scholar and wayfarer? Regardless thank you for this short conversation.
I doubt they would retcon the effects of the ritual as it would create a big plot hole in alleria’s story, but in short yes.
Also note, The VE’s is not recruiting making things worse for the ppl that wants HE looking VE
Can the VEs get a purple/black/blue tinged set of hair colors similar to the human purple/white ones?
Maybe a bit more pronounced than the human one but still I think that would be an awesome thing for them to have.
It would allow for players who want to play the ‘elf gone void’ RP where they were a blonde hairs elf that decided it was a great idea to suck on void for a bit. Plus it would sort of help tie the high/blood elf fantasy into the passives without those horrible tentacles that clip through everything

I would agree only if they have some sort of void effect to go with them to show void curruption/mutation. It don’t have to be tentacles, it can be starry effects or a form of void gas effect.
that was the idea. heavy tints towards the ends would give it that look without them potentially having to invest in creating whatever needs to be created to add shimmering/glowing effects onto the hair models.
that would be cool. I personally want a dark navy blue, darker then my current hair, to look like the color of the vast empty void of the deep ocean

The Void is endless the Void is life, If anything Blizzard would make a new avenue for new Elves to harness the void add a Dark Naruu that doesnt go crazy lol

Anyways to answer your post, I doubt they could find such a naaru, when they go dark like that they essentially lose their thought process and just become an entity like void walkers, they want to consume everything around them.
The only way I could see it happening is that new comers also take a ritual, which would in turn transform them. But I doubt VE’s would want anyone to go through that pain, trauma and horror of something like that.
This is in edition if it is even worth it, not everyone can handle the whispers of the void. And most likely they could go insane from it.
