If I ran into a male void elf on fire, I would probably put the fire out with a male nightborne (because I would not recognize him as a sentient living being)
Opinions and all that, they’re both bad. I feel nightborne are worse for me because the Suramar NPCs were so much better, whereas void elves are a palette swap (and yeah the result is fugly)

If hair colors are so not important then the people demanding them can totally go without them because they’re not that important.

Personally, as someone who mains a blood elf, I would actually love a few natural hair colors, since Alleria does look like a normal high elf and instead can shift into and out of void form. I would love for the void elf racial (forgot what its called, the one that gives you your void form while in combat) to be a toggle option, just like how rogues can toggle stealth and how druids can toggle each of their forms. It would give much more flavor tbh. And not to mention there are a few high elves in the void elf starting zone. I do absolutely love the more voidy-looking void elves, but I think that would satisfy a lot of high elf roleplayers. And of course nightborne/LFD need to be fixed first, but idk these would just be cool yk?
(edit: also, i absolutely NEED red eyes for my void elves omg. that would be so cool dude. also maybe a third eye option, idk)
I cannot imagine the salt when more customisation options are finally added. Belves get absolutely livid at the thought of not being the prettiest elves in the game lmao.
Blizz really shot themselves in the foot with this mess. Should have just given High Elves and added the void angle as something extra. Instead they made void elves, basically pulling them out of their backside, it didn’t satisfy the High Elf community like they thought it would, now they have to try and keep them happy.
Add ear clipping to the list.
No matter what Blizzard does they are going to lose. Please the High Elf crowd and they risk losing Blood Elf players. Please the Blood Elf crowd they risk losing High Elf players. It is a lose lose situation. It comes down to how much work Blizzard want to put into losing, because there is no way for them to win.

First I cannot love this post enough and second for real, it’s part of the reason why although I want a better player model for Nightborne, I’m also completely okay with no one getting anything customization wise because I know Void Elves won’t be able to take anything more from Blood Elves.
Yea absolutely!!! Been wanting dark rangers forever since I first saw them. Night elves too!!! 
More work was put into Nightborne than void elves. Void elves were a pallet swap and a few hair colors and call it a day.

…Unfortunately, it also looks like they stopped working about 2/3 of the way through. It’s not quite “Cata Female Worgen” disaster levels, but it ain’t good.
Anyway, more customizations for everyone, Bliz. I want more. My female orcs look good, and I wish that love hit a few of the more neglected races harder. And all the allied races – especially HMT, Lightforged, and skinny glow elves.
The prettiest elf in the game has been the male Zandalari troll for a bit now, and anyone who thinks otherwise is wrong.

And they have a lot of unique hairstyles that include tentacles.
Nightborne have all new stuff but there’s sweet fa of it. Void elves have either the most or the second most of any ar, nightborne have I would assume either the least or nigh on.
Eh, there’s a few allied races with more shinies than the void elves, even now – mostly the newer ones.
Nightborne, are, of course, dead last.
Probably because unlike void elves, Highmountain Tauren, and the Lightforged, they’re actually modified from their parent skeleton – a little. Which is what’s so depressing about Nightborne. Of the first 4 allied races, they clearly had the most effort and arguably the most lore (HMT come close). And yet.
