Right, which is why I will argue the teleport from RDF is necessary for old world content. I don’t see it as necessary in TBC/Wrath due to how close they all are, especially with flying mounts. But I do argue RDF is necessary.
I think you’re quoting the wrong person. My point was that arguing against RDF because of the teleport while defending warlock summons/stones is hypocritical.
You have to remember that this is ultimately a game, and while we went through two expansions where you got your style of play, we are now going into an expansion where we should get ours - but it’s not happening. Your style of play still exists with RDF.
because you make it be that or other that do that, it’s an antisocial choice which is fine if that’s your thing. Doesn’t help in this mmorpg currently.
Ungrateful i guess?
I do agree here as an anti full on introduction of RDF as was … make RDF only applicable to normal dungeons and nothing else … seems to solve most of the issues. Problem is people are little kids stomping their feet cuz although they could mostly get what they want they will refute it no matter what, at the end of the day ya know what i did with my kids when they did that ? They didnt get it at all … seems different but familiar ?
Having RDF announced to be put back in is the first step. After that, we can talk about compromise. Personally I wouldn’t want RDF as it is in game either, but I do want it in game.
In this case it seems more like cutting off your nose to spite your face. Longevity of wrath classic requires people being engaged at all levels. Other wise you just end up with a population of jaded, cynical, possibly toxic level 80s raid logging
