The problem is that CS is not resolving the issue.
Several points.
Wrong forum first and foremost. This should be posted in customer service.
Second, they need to appeal. Someone else appealing for them will not go anywhere.
Third, discussing punishments here is against the rules.
So based on all of that, THEY need to open an appeal ticket and/or ask in cs themselves.
Gms won’t see this thread and blues will not discuss punishments about someone with another player.
What do you hope to accomplish by asking us for help?

CS isn’t going to unban him. There are avenues for him to take, they were outlined in his email that he received. You can’t do anything.

Many have already informed you that your friend needs to advocate for themselves.
