A Goblin Racial QoL Rework

While with the current Goblin Racials are fine (ish) there should be a QoL rework done for one.

Current:
Rocket Barrage (Active): Launches your belt rockets at an enemy, dealing (1 + Level * 2) fire damage.

30 yard Range / 1.5 min CD (Shared with Rocket Jump)

Suggested change:
Rocket Barrage (Proc / Passive): After dealing critical damage or healing, you launch a barrage of rockets from your belt at all targets (up to 5 targets within 40yard range) that were hit by the critical damage/healing; dealing (1.5 + Level * 2) fire damage, or fire healing (cauterize).

40 yard Range / 2 min (120 second) Internal CD
Critical Hits from RB will not trigger additional RB attacks.
Can only occur once every 120secs.

Just a thought…

Also, as always to :parrot:
Powder Keg/Sapper Barrel (or) Rocket Pack for goblin heritage back mog.

Also increase rocket range to 40 yards in my opinion.

Good thinking, added to it :+1:

They need to make it worth using (I don’t even have it on my goblin hunter’s spellbar). Maybe make it affect enemies within 8 yards and cause fire damage for 6 sec. Also, it shouldn’t share a cd with Rocket Jump.

There’s quite a few racials that are very dull or not worth using. Really they need to take a pass through all races and do tuneups.

Fully. It is mainly why I figured Rocket Barrage should be more inline as a proc passive that triggers every so often (2 mins / 120 secs or so) by Goblin Players using their abilities/rotations on their classes versus needing to use an Active Button were it shares a CD with another Racial naturally. As well edited to include Healers as well.

I think turning it into a DoT might be a bit overkill - but it could possibly work out as well; that is really delving into an area beyond my grasp lol.

Including, was thinking that it is more similar visually like the Mechagon / Rustbolt Horde Introduction where one of the female goblin NPCs (name escapes me atm) fires off a massive barrage of rockets - something to that extent, but obviously toned back to not clutter the screen with more crazy things flying about.
