A Goblin Racial QoL Rework

While with the current Goblin Racials are fine (ish) there should be a QoL rework done for one. Current: Rocket Barrage (Active): Launches your belt rockets at an enemy, dealing (1 + Level * 2) fire damage. 30 yard Range / 1.5 min CD (Shared with Rocket Jump) Suggested change: Rocket Barrage (Proc / Passive): After dealing critical damage or healing, you launch a barrage of rockets from your belt at all targets (up to 5 targets within 40yard range) that were hit by the critical damage/heali…
