Y’know tbh I’d be totally into Shadowlands if it wasn’t so wrapped up in this bad soap opera. If it was more like, hey guess we can go to the afterlife, let’s go help dead people with dead people problems or something and you just romp around killing caves full of the spiders you killed in caves in that one starter zone. There’s been moments like that in shadowlands but not really enough to distract you from the bad.
That said, I thought the Torghast point system looks fun tbh. I might give it a try when weather is cools off and my living room isn’t 102°

Destroying the Vindicaar would have served the same narrative purpose and also removed it from the narrative, thereby meaning the Devs wouldn’t have to keeping “SHUT UP ABOUT THE VINDICAAR!” when people rightfully ask what the hell it was doing during BfA.
