Well, not really. We don’t know I should say. She is powerful and even at the end of BFA it was stated she used some unseen before magic, presumably maw/death magic that she got from the Jailer.
While I would imagine Sylva got stronger since her pack with the jailer, I doubt her power gain is on the same level as Tyrande’s, Tho, if spoilers is correct, I could be wrong.

Wild that they wouldn’t let Tyrande kill a raid boss in the questline preceding the raid that the boss is in.
Maybe she would’ve fared better if she didn’t spend 5 months pretending to be a soul-lawnmower in the Maw and Torghast. Maybe she should be fine being the one to kill Nathanos. Maybe she’ll just do that again after we beat Sylvanas up for her in the raid.
