Don’t confuse “casuals” with “solo players.”
Casuals can and will do entry level group content.
Solo players will not, it seems.
Solo players want something far more than just new content. They want something progression oriented that will keep them coming back for more, and the game does not design content like that.
Likely because it is meant to be played with groups.

I am a casual duo player. I only play with my friend or I would have been long gone to a game that meets my needs better. Classic is our compromise so we both get something we enjoy.
I am also extremely casual, as in I don’t really care about gear, the systems or every little detail of the game anymore. I did the WoW launched and I was in my mid 30s.
Now I am in my 50s and smart enough to realize every single thing these try hard are fighting for will be gone next patch. Even if they find a way to store everything, it will be gone when there server shuts off.
This game is at best a time waster and no different than FarmVille. While some think they will achieve glory or something more in game, they are just mistaken. It’s just a game. Just like people can’t remember or care what drops I got in BC, With or Cata, no one will care what group content you do in SL.

Why on earth would you pick an MMORPG if you were going to do nothing but solo content? That’s like me hopping into Starcraft and complaining that it has nothing for FPS players.
