I have an ongoing 12 month sub which is due to expire in May. I did not receive the owl mount today. The store offers to sell me the mount, as well as the 12 month sub I already have (and the mounts that go with it). Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this? Thanks

There’s often some delay with them rolling out. Give it a few days.
You wait a little bit until it shows up. Perhaps refresh battle.net; this happens every 6 months as it rolls out to everyone, I got mine at like midnight last night
As long as your 6 or 12 month subscription is still ongoing (i.e., still scheduled to recur and hasn’t been cancelled) then you’ll still get it…but they stated in the article that it will be delivered by July 23rd. That’s as many as two weeks from now.
If you cancelled it, you don’t get it. It’s a stupid system. You could have game time until 2099, but if the subscription is cancelled, it won’t give you it.
there is no option to renew this. At least nothing is said on my subscription page.
I just came here to ask something similar. I can’t tell if I’ve cancelled or its ongoing. No tab provides this information. The only thing it tells me is I have an active account that expires in May.
I didnt cancel anything. I will send a ticket now. There is just an expiration date and nothing else.

Do you have battle net open on other devices? I had it open on my desktop and laptop, it didn’t show up on my desktop but when I closed battle net on it, it popped up on my laptop battle net.
Also, I got the owl mount this morning myself, if I cancel my renewal now, anyone know I get to keep it still?
Literally says in the post:
“you’ll receive the mount and pet as a gift in your Battle.net desktop app at no additional charge no later than July 23, 2024”. Seriously happens every time it seems with players always asking where is my mount
If you have an active subscription it will show your renewal date. I would show a screenshot of mine, but I can’t share images on this forum.
For mine it is listed like this:

You have to buy the 6 or 12 month sub from the shop. You cannot just go into your account and renew.

If you have it set to auto pay your yearly sub, you’ll get it eventually. If you don’t have it to auto renew then you won’t iirc. You could also just need to wait longer since blizz said it could take up to July 23.
