6 month sub bought and canceled

First off, please don’t revive threads from three years ago for no reason.

Second, there was nothing disrespectful. It was just a fact. These promotions require the subscription to be active, as the intent is to keep people from cancelling. Kalviery even let them know there’s another avenue to get the mount, and there’s enough time to not panic.

I have never once, in over a dozen years on multiple iterations of these forums, ever seen a Blizzard employee be disrespectful to anyone. Even the most belligerent poster, well on their way to a permanent forum ban, is treated respectfully.

I have many issues with Blizzard, especially their overall corporate priorities over the last few years, but often times I am simply amazed at the patience of the GM, CM, and SFA staff in certain situations. It’s one thing to have issues with the content of the reply, and/or the fact that they have to say “No”, but there’s never any disrespect.
