I don’t believe there is a blog out that details when those mounts would be sent out. Generally speaking, they give a specific date on when that will happen by. Keep an eye on the main site for that.

People on asmongolds stream already have it…
Your post makes it sound like they sold a mount without disclosing that it wont be delivered until a later date, which would be extremely scummy

Yes, some people already have it.
You’re misunderstanding. Vrak is referring to a specific situation where people already have an ongoing reoccurring subscription (not people who just made the purchase).
Two very different things. Historically, when these come out, those people already on 6-month reoccurring subscriptions automatically get the gift/mount/etc. But those tend to be sent out in batches and the date for when those are completed by is typically noted in the form of news on the main page.

Purchased the 6 mo program. No mount. /use sapphire skyblazer does not work. Not showing up in mount tab.

It might take a bit for the purchase to register, as this is so new.

I have the mount, but I did not receive the imp in a ball toy. That was the main reason I did this.
The 6-month subscription also comes with the Imp in a Ball toy in Burning Crusade Classic, which can be redeemed by accepting a special quest from Innkeepers in all capital cities, as well as Landro Longshot in Booty Bay.

The Imp in a Ball is specifically for characters on Burning Crusade Classic. Have you checked there?

Edit: It doesn’t look like you have Burning Crusade characters. If you purchased this package so you could receive the Imp on regular WoW and don’t otherwise want it, you may need to contact our Support staff for a refund.

Ok thanks. I wish it was made a bit more clear, but the mount is still really cool!
I purchased the 6 month resub and the mount has not showed up in game or in gifts. I tryed /use sapphire skyblazer it does not work. I did receive the imp ball in classic though

I’ve had recurring 6 months since I started playing so gotten all these promos, generally have received it within a day or two, but keep in mind it could take until the 13th (but based on prior personal experience I doubt it’ll take that long). Make sure you check pending gift on the launcher, and/or fully close and open the launcher

While I’ve had 6 month reoccurring subs before I’ve never used battlenet balance for a sub, to be clear that does or doesn’t work when pertaining to what qualifies for the mount
The mount is not working in the mount tab but if I cast /cast Sapphire Skyblazer it will summon the mount lol.
It’s not possible to fund a recurring subscription with Battle.net balance.

I believe this has happened with past promotions, but if anyone can chime in with their knowledge, that would be great.
I always keep a sixth month subscription active. However I am currently using game time (used the BNet balance from buying digital version of Shadowlands and a physical Shadowlands CE was purchased later). If my game time is still active from BNet balance, am I ineligible with the subscription requirement?
I purchased the sub last night, had use of the mount yesterday and now when I log in, it has disappeared. Something went wrong overnight to remove it. I cant even find it in my mount tab.
Does it work if you use the command to summon it:
/cast Sapphire Skyblazer
Yes it does. Just seems to not be showing up anywhere in game as an icon, including the mount pages. Worked fine last night, even had it on my bar, but now that slot is empty.
