yeah, very contradictive i’d say, personally i’m having zero issue with the damn soulbind energy limit, i rarely have to change my conduits so i’m not seeing what others issues are having, i’d say that is because they are trying to treat it like a talent tree when it’s not a talent tree.

if I could only be sub’d to classic I would. Playing it now cause BC is coming out soon and if it wasn’t for that I’d be done. No class tuning at all for pvp and til that happens this game will still be awful to play if you aren’t XYZ.

I was. I refunded the xpac and haven’t played until just recently I renewed my sub for classic. I ended up repurchasing this xpac to try it out.
Why I didn’t play at the start is legion raid tuning. At 120 I could solo most mythic legion raid easily on a few different characters. When they reduced our level I couldn’t get past the first bosses , or even the trash. And it was so frustrating to me that the only response they gave was “you had corruption”. I could solo before corruption.
Farming mogs is what I played the game for, so that killed it for me.
As I level up now, I’m probably going to be quitting retail again because the lore bothers me on a metaphysical level haha. Like I was leaving a horde in ashenvale, and that quest with the dead orc who you get his spirit to kill the night elf. Anyway during that whole quest I couldn’t stop thinking about shadowlands and how this was possible. It’s to big brain for me I guess but it’s bothersome.

I think it’s a basic troll just coming out of the GD egg and he’s trying to say “unpopular” things to bait reactions.
But whatever this guy is beyond help he considers being “triggered” to someone else trying to give him some simple advice on how to use words… things that in school people learn.

You do realize that the more people that quit the lest content we get because of the lack of funding.
Let’s just say if all that was left was you and your guildies were all that was left you would at the most for and entire expansion get enough content to fill just a pre patch .
A try hard to make them look like a 1%er when actually they are a 0%er. Everyone knows calling someone whining is another way of saying, I don’t like your comment, your opinion, it doesn’t fit MY narrative, etc.

I’m still subbed but struggling to enjoy.
The futility of running keys and raids for no loot has my internal monologue going “why am I playing this game?”
I know they say they upped loot drops in raids but guess I just have crappy luck cause I’m not seeing it. Running keys to get more chances in the vault but seeing the same few items show up each week (or sometimes skip a week) AND keys offering no gear themselves is disheartening. Learning that their “fix” is to add another grindable resource is also like throwing acid on an open wound to me.
Collecting 20 souls in the Maw to get my renown up but capping on the actual resource because it’s counterpart (anima) is in short supply to actually spend it on the things you’d spend the souls on makes me not care for either.
Some people may like the new more involved world quests but I avoid them.
Those are just the “big” things I don’t like.
I will try to end on a positive note that the story is MUCH more enjoyable than BfA (any part of the BfA story). The artwork for the most part is on point as usual. While it’s a “chore” I find Torghast fun to run.

That is one hell of a hypothetical. But the answer is simple, continue playing with the guild. It really isn’t that hard.
And if there really isn’t anyone at all left to play with then I quit and find something better to do. Simple, life doesn’t revolve around wow.
yeah, it sucks that the squish made doing Legion content really hard, if not impossible, at least far as the Raids go, Dungeons are still doable.

i think they feel that way just because how much of a PAIN that Nath is, everybody wants those sweet loots but ugh! cant be bothered, i’ll get another toon to 200 instead, way more fun and less stress.
lol yeah well that’s what my alts are for, either way i wanted my main to be a kyrian pally as soon as i heard of kyrian, dont even care that they are BIS cov or not.
Then the problem lies in the fact that raiding isn’t fun.
The solution would be to make raid encounters that are both fun and challenging instead of focusing only on challenging.

got me there, another issue i think is some players are kind of spoiled with how gear was given out back in BFA, it was Oprah “you get one, YOU get one, EVERYONE gets one!” (yeah, i stated that for the memes lol) and now hardly anything drops, so it can feel jarring in that respect.
Don’t forget that Ion openly stated last week that he doesn’t think Legion raids should be soloable until the end of this xpac.
