Exactly why raid heroic if i can just be handed the gear. Thank you we now see eye to eye.
Welfare in real life rarely ever competes with an actual job. Also, it will never be able to replace and compete with a job because you will get straight up cut off from welfare after a certain amount of time passes with you making zero effort actually getting a job.
A better comparison would be: If a doctor and a McDonalds worker made the same amount of money, would people go to school for 8 years to become a doctor? Or would they drop out of high school to flip burgers?
Welfare competes with real jobs in the minds of people who like the idea of collecting rewards for doing nothing. For a lot of people where are other benefits to having jobs.
That comparison doesnât apply to this situation though since both of them are spending the same amount of time at work. Or are you now admitting there is an equivalent time spent doing world content as raiding ?
People are not opposed to keeping world quests relevant. You would be surprised to hear and see how a lot of players that play WoW are purely playing for world and daily quests. These questing players outnumber PVP and raiders easily.
But there are many ways to keep world quests relevant as the expansion progresses. This isnât the best way forward IMO.
This whole thread is about less difficult content giving equal rewards to more difficult content. Do you think itâs easier to be a doctor or a McDonalds employee?
So you feel that if i play casually for 8 hours and a mythic raider plays hardcore for 8 hours we should end up with the same rewards? WHAT?
Probably a doctor to be honest.
And officially a troll, all comments should now be forwarded to the scrapper.
Ok so youâre just trolling the thread. If you have anything intelligent to say go for it, but Iâm not holding my breath. YikesâŚ
Current system is feast or famine.
Good example is weapon upgrades where some players have been sitting with 410+ weapons for months while others are still below 390 weapons.
Instead of Blizzard forcing huge item level increases with emissaries they should lessen the RNG of gearing.
So because I donât agree with you I am a troll - what a joke.
At McDonaldâs you stand on your feet all day long and have to put up with every piece of crap from customers and from management. You are looked down on by people you know because you have a low life job.
Any doctor I have gone to, sit in his office and then talks to someone for a few minutes and examines them if necessary and then that is it. If they donât like the patient they tell them to get lost. They set their own hours, and their job has prestige.
Donât ask the question if you donât want the answer.
turnberry you go first lol
This is a debating issue, my goal is not to be right or prove you wrong but to come to an understanding.
I worked fast food for 3 years and never had any of this happen as I was a good employee and capable of handling situations correctly.
You obviously do not understand what a doctor does for a living ( although some may be poor at the job). I suppose surgeries or cutting edge scientific discoveries dont apply hereâŚ
Maybe if they own their own practice but otherwise no go here.
The question was
I am entitled to say what I think is easier.
The population decline happened right around the launch of Cata for whatever reason. Before Cata Blizz bragged of 12m players.
You can also say 2+2=5 but it doesnât make it true or correct.
So it would be safe to assume you are a doctor if it was easier to do and achieve.
I wonder if a Mythic difficulty for World Quests might help to allow these rewards to be high.
Something like adding an add summon mechanic for a rare monster WQ that can happen multiple times with a faster cast time at low health. If the players let it go off, the NPCs can bolster each other to do 2 times more damage for each one beside them. This would be a test for interrupts of course, but CC and separating the add away would work too.
