Background
We are a recently reformed guild with several friends returning to the game who have previously been in top 15-100 World/US guilds since vanilla. We came together in the middle of Legion which was built around our core. The majority of our core has been playing games together for years, while some of us only 1-2 years, others have been playing together since Dark Age of Camelot and Vanilla for nearly 15+ years. We are an “older” crowd compared to most guilds, with the majority of ages ranging 25-35+ so we are bit more mature than most (sometimes this is questionable). Since most of us are older now, we don’t have the time nor care to invest 16+ hours of raid every week. With that said we expect a high raid attendance, after all its only 2 nights a week. HOWEVER, we do expect to be competitive and be the best 2 night/6 hour guild we can be. We recruit based upon personality and attitude, but we are performance based, meaning your spot is dependent on how you perform. We value our environment as a raid group to be fun, yet laid back. We also have many people who hang around discord playing other games; we value our community as whole, during and outside of raid. We have several guild members who do lots of mythic+, whether it be high keys, middle keys, or just spamming low keys on alts, if that’s your cup of tea.

Guild Krisp was Created on 9/15/2018, we have been raiding as a Group for over 3 Years. While establishing a laid back and friendly environment, we pride ourselves on killing the hardest content available. Our reduced schedule compared to other similarly progressed guilds allow us to spend time doing other things in game and out. We’re hardcore Raiders on a casual schedule, we take our raid time very seriously and we expect all of our potential applicants to do the same. About us:
<Cobalt> is a semi-hardcore late night raiding guild. We’re a mix of full-time workers and college students in their mid-20s to 30s who love to push our characters to their limits. We seek to bolster our roster so we can push hard when Siege of Dazar’alor hits. We know that when the new raid hits, many classes and specs will change, meaning what is strong now may be weak down the line. To prepare for this, we are looking to diversify the classes in our roster, and also to recruit raiders who like to reroll to strong early expansion classes with a mandatory one alt requirement. As such, we are more interested in you as a player than in you as a class. We are willing to trial players who have limited experience in mythic Uldir provided they have impressive logs that show that they know what they’re doing.
Post progression we continue to raid as we sell runs for gold - this is shared among everyone and gives time to class change/bolsters our roster as we look forward toward new expansions.
Loot:
Loot that is able to be passed is distributed via a loot council system. If it is an upgrade for you it is yours but we want to gear out the raid as well as possible to help with progression. Raiders are prioritized over trials.
Expectations:
Maintain good attendance, and let the raid leader know ahead of time if you can’t make it. Failing to do so may result in failing your trial.
You are expected to know all of the mechanics for all of the bosses we are currently working on. Feel free to ask an officer what bosses we’re doing on any particular night!
Outside of raid, you should be researching how to optimize your play during raid. This means analyzing logs of people playing the same class as you who are outperforming you, and striving to improve your quality of play until you are literally the best player in the world at your class.
Communicate on voice comms effectively.
Come to raid prepared with flasks, pots, food, and runes.
