Uhm. Shapiro is a horrible example as he usually brings numbers into the mix.
stop wasting your breath on these kiddos that are just full of salt. It is a limitation that will NEVER be removed. Adapt or unsub. But this guy is clearly so tied to WoW he wont have anything else to do with his life if he does unsub. /shrug it at least lets you appreciate his drive and passion.

Fine, if this guy can approach Shapiro’s level of hackery and cherry pick some numbers I’ll listen. Until then it’s just his opinion and nothing more.

He just brings up stats. People don’t like stats when they go against their narrative. Logic dictates you just need to look at stats without emotion or bias. Which is something people find incredibly hard to do lately.
what boggles my mind:
years ago they added the 5 instances per hour limit - which is certainly more restrictive with normal 2-3hr play times people had back then - and everyone just accepted it
year 2020 - 30 instances per day limit - reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Well thats because they are posting on their other characters.
Just another example of the people butthurt about this change making spam threads on alts to attempt to create the illusion that more people are upset about this change. When in reality its the same handfull of people throwing a temper tantrum marathon on the forums while most people have likely forgot this change even happened

Shapiro starts with stats that support his argument and extrapolates broadly from there, sometimes well beyond what can actually be supported by his starting evidence. Because all of his arguments start with simple understandable statistics he creates an impression that whatever issue, and his argument, is as simple as the number he starts from, which isn’t always the case. He also rarely engages with any contradictory evidence, preferring to present his argument as the only side.
