I still to this day have not had any guildee reach the 30 instance cap (how long has it been around now?)…
And that’s in a pretty active guild with 2 raid groups and my guildees each have 3-5 alts and do a fair bit of boosting.
And still none of them have hit 30 a day. It feels way less intrusive than the 5 per hour limit which everyone runs into when farming some items.

Sure. Google Ben Shapiro “but reality isn’t fair”. He’s arguing against minimum wage and also insurance covering pre existing conditions. It’s an essay where he demonstrates that Seattle took it’s minimum wage from 11 to 13 to 15 an hour over a cours of several years. In the first part of his essay, he shows that data suggests total earning for minimum wage workers went down the year it bumped up to $13 an hour. From that point on there is no statistics or evidence presented. His entire essay is built on that single data point. He uses that data point to argue against having insurance companies cover pre-existing conditions. He uses his strong rhetorical skills to create an argument based on seemingly connected ideas. He lays it out really simply that minimum wage increases actually lower earnings, because he has a data point that showed that happened. Simple right? He explains it, makes it seem really cut and dried, and then just flat out says: logically, insurance covering pre existing conditions would work the same way. That’s unsupported inductive reasoning.
Bad change within their rights isn’t a good change. They could make nightelfs not a playable race and it might be a better change then 30instance cap.

You have the ability to substantially vote in a way that Blizzard will notice: unsubscribe.
You even get an opportunity to place reasons for why you don’t want to pay anymore, and you can fill it to your heart’s content with all the numerous reasons! Otherwise, the “bad” change is just another change that Blizzard made that you are willing to accept by continuing to pay $15/month.
Also I suspect there’d be actual mass outcry, not the whining of a select few, if they undid a playable race for no reason, as opposed to curbing exploitative behavior and saving some of you folks from yourselves. But even if they made such a choice, the responses would be the same: whine but stay subscribed, or unsubscribe entirely.

So the article I found was about a 5 minute read. It’s dated 2017, and he cites the effects based on a research paper from 2016. That feels to me to be fairly current information regarding the after shock of raising minimum wage.
This is grossly getting off of topic of the thread and I could argue the pro’s and con’s of drastically increasing min wage on small businesses. And the opinions of those effects usually boil down to people who actually OWN a small business vs those who simply work at a small business. (I would be in the group that actually runs a small business.)
But that’s besides the point. The information he is siting here;
“a paper from The National Bureau of Economic Research” Seems to me to be fairly current given the date of this thesis he wrote up summarizing a debate he had with Kshama Sawant which happened in 2014.
So in 2014 he had a debate about minimum wage.
in 2016 there was a paper that verified his concerns.
In 2017 he did a write up summary detailing the debate and after effects.
Was that what you wanted me to see? Or did I find something else?
Oh please they won’t notice one or 2 sub difference. They are happy enough to have servers were they can ban new bot accounts twice a month milking them its a money move not a quality of life move. Its just fun police corporate crap if it worked then gold prices would be going up not down which you can check by looking at any gold selling site. I’d rather enjoy the game even if the new cap is bs.
Its a slipper slope for any changes they feel like throwing in a future.
Your point that they can do what they want as before is still a massive troll which is maybe what you’re going for.
You do not realize that all of you mages that are melting down over this is a glaring sign that it is having the intended effect.

Then you’re just here to whine.
You should reread the EULA and realize that Blizzard has always, is currently, and will always in the future, make whatever changes they feel is in the best interest of their product. This isn’t the dire “THE END IS NEAR” proclamation you think it is, it is literally the agreement you’ve been signing for years to play Blizzard games.
Yeah I hate it when binding legal agreements show up and ruin everyone’s fun!
Oh I’m sorry… I meant love

Right. That’s the one. I’m saying he does have data that supports the claim that raising minimum wage hurt minimum wage earners. And he lays it out really clearly, and his argument is pretty simple and backed by a reputable study. But then he uses that to claim that forcing insurance to cover pre-existing conditions would result higher costs/poorer coverage for insurance consumers. And he doesn’t provide any more data or evidence that supports that connection besides saying it makes sense if you think about it. His argument starts in facts, stats, and logic, and once he’s established a strong footing that is objectively well supported, but narrow in scope, he extrapolates broadly to claim other things must be true as well without demonstrating the same level of support or evidence.
You’re right that this is off topic, so I’ll leave it here. Keep trusting him if you want, I meant only mild offense by calling Ben Shapiro a hack.
Just because I’m right doesn’t mean I can’t take gleeful pleasure over the consternation and angst of people realizing that fact…

I don’t see what is so outrageous about his claims?
Insurance companies are in the business of making money. They will react accordingly if you enforce their having to take on pre existing health conditions. That’s just a natural reaction.
I find that these argument tend to boil down to the heart versus the head. Would it be nice if insurance companies wouldn’t discriminate against those with pre existing conditions? SURE!
Is it illogical to assume they will? Yup!
I live in Canada so I think the entire American health care system is screwed and needs a major reform. But the majority of Americans seem to be opposed to tax increase for whatever reason, so this is the system they have. One that profits off of the sick and unhealthy.
I don’t agree with Ben on something but I do find his arguments to be both factual based and logic based. Typically his detractors are more upset about the human ID and are frustrated that people don’t do the right thing.
As evident in this debate. Which is over an hour long and I am watching as I type this.
Troll
Before the Internet, there were the mythical Trolls of old who ate farmer’s goats.
After that, there were and are the semi-human versions of trolls that still exist today in all regions throughout the world.
Trolls can be divided into groups depending on where they live, such as Beach Trolls, Hill Trolls, City Trolls, Suburban Trolls, Valley Trolls and a couple other categories which take on unique characteristics depending on their surroundings.
All trolls are socially predatory creatures and when young are usually obsessed with their exterior appearances, while neglecting development of their blackening souls.
Their interior ugliness comes out as they age, and they, usually, let their outer appearances go to hell, so that they are easily recognizable. But, the young and middle-aged trolls will sometimes fool you with their charm.
All trolls are shysters and tight-fisted money grubbers who will screw you on any deal while making it out like you are the one coming out ahead. They will usually always greet you with a smile and a handshake. Sometimes, they will call you “brother” or “lady” to throw you off track.
All trolls are sht stirrers, lechers & trouble-makers. They would be the first to try and get your “significant other” in the sack, screw you out of some money or slander you.
My Fav definition I saw but feel free to find your own.
Bwahahaha this is fantastic!
Pathetic to be sure in how lacking in self-awareness it is to preach like this and not realize how much of a
you come off as by trying to lecture someone over the internet about a video game company not pandering to your particular preferences.
