The guild banks that they emptied DID have logs showing what went in and never came out. That STILL wasn’t good enough to recover our stuff. You are SOL on this. Just as the hundreds of us that had our guild banks wiped were.

It’s not too big to fail. I love studying entrepreneurship and business, and I’ve watched the stock market for a while. These kinds of issues often precede bankruptcy. I’ve accurately predicted the fall of major businesses over the years way before any news, and I’m not the only one. I think many of us can see it happening in slow-mo. Apathy about losses for paying customers is a death knell.

Whoa! So things we could sell in our guild banks and gold worth cash – got deleted prior to the $90 mount sale. That is dang suspicious. And exactly what companies do. We all know about planned obsolete-ism. Companies plan for stuff to break so we have to buy it again in a certain amount of time. Scandalous! They are capable of a lot of bad behavior. I never would even want to think it… I hate that world.
Edit: Just related this to my husband who said it was like the time that Microsoft deleted thousands of emails on free Outlook accounts to free up storage space (a cash generating move), and he lost a decade of emails and records. They shrugged. I said, “Microsoft? Aren’t they the ones who bought Activision Blizzard in 2022? …” They are.

I got a response from my ticket. The GM told me it has been too long and their records don’t go back that far. So now it seems like the first couple GM’s I got could have helped me, but just didn’t…
I was told to put it another bug report and forum post so a developer can help me. Too bad it’s been nothing but radio silence from developers.

I have yet to see a dev ever post in these forums. I think, it is more likely, those GMs simply have no clue what to do.

This honestly seems more like an issue graveyard. Sure if a bug affects enough people they might be inclined to notice and try something eventually. But a small issue like this that only affects a few hundred or a few thousand people isn’t a priority. And that’s assuming they even could help since the data might be corrupted and they might not keep backup player data logs anymore.

You never had 3 million gold in your warbanks. You never got crashed repeatedly, and most importantly a gm never once said a player as good as you can earn the gold back. This is the lowest bar of trolling I’ve ever seen. Zero effort. Zero uniqueness.
This was happening before TWW was released. Can’t recall the time, but there were bug reports about it happening.
