Adding on my bit. I lost the token and firework and the pet was revoked. I’d be happy if the token was pushed out again while the pet and mount are being fixed. It’s a fair whack of rep and XP to be losing in the interim.

Adding my 2 cents. This morning I got Lil Nefarian and the Obsidian Worldbreaker, Logged off . Came back on after a few hours. The pet and mount are no longer in my collections. I’m just scared that I lost them for good. Hope they fix this soon.

No one is suggesting that it’s an easy fix, we’re just asking for an update. You know maybe an ETA? Something to tide us over while the pet we were given and the mount we earned are being held hostage from us (I can’t even play my main because she’s mounted up on it, and I refuse to dismount)…

Blizzard doesn’t give ETAs because the player-base takes it as set-in-stone instead of the Estimate that it actually is.

Blizzard doesn’t tend to provide ETAs as historically, players have proven to forget what the E stands for :wink:

All we can do as players is wait while the development team works to correct the issues. When the Blues here have something to share, trust me, they’ll plaster it everywhere they can to get the word out.

yet they fix the issue with people getting the mounts when they open up their gift in the raid / bg

I’m not so sure about that, and the reason I say so is I literally just logged in again to check, and my mount is back and functioning, and so is my pet. The XP Bonus and Fireworks are missing, but this is a start and they didn’t bother to tell anyone that they’ve made progress. Hopefully they will also restore the XP Bonus item at a minimum (as I lost it on some lower level toons).
