11s and above should give myth track gear

Ilvl parses are almost worthless you didn’t get your first mythic kills till 11.0.5. You still don’t have aotc and your heroic logs are awful.

We are not even close to being similar.

Sure thing. I’m usually top two but totally trash :joy:

Pretty simple. Have each dungeon have a weekly lockout. If you haven’t run that dungeon yet this week, and you run it as a 10, and you get a drop, it’s myth track. Otherwise it’s heroic. You can only trade myth track gear to other people who were also eligible to get a myth track drop that run.

This would make raids and M+ about even, since you can both get drops in raid and myth track from the vault.

Yeah OP is absolutely right.

It feels terrible and not progressive at all. Playing for the weekly lootbox and feeling like youre not allowed to actually play the game as youre put in loot timeout is trash.

The boosting would increase if they dropped myth track rofl.

Also mplus isn’t designed to stand on its own just like raiding isn’t.

You’re expected to do both.

Yeah no. That’s what the vault is for. You’re not going to get to double dip.

100% I agree. The crest situation is out of control especially for alts. The grind was somewhat rewarding to complete on my main, but it’s a complete burden to try and do again on each and every single alt at 100+ dungeons each for runed and gilded caps. Similar to how leveling more characters to 80 gives you a warband experience buff, completing higher level content needs to give some passive forms of the lower crests at least to help out that can be sent to alts. Getting to 636+ ilvl to finally get the gilded crest warband discount is unrealistic and won’t happen for most non-mythic raiders for another 2 months or so roughly assuming a 1-1.5 ilvl increase per week from 90 gilded crests being added to the cap.

Raiders get to double dip, why not M+ too?

Raiders can only kill each boss once a week.

The trade off for spammable mplus is capped at hero track.

Mythic raiding is also harder.

Na give him his 11. Just make keystone one time use per and have all keystones go away once the group enters the instance. No do-overs, no spamming keys. One key a week and your next week’s key level depends on your perfornance.

You didn’t actually read my idea, did you. I suggest you read it again.

In the keys you’re running, perhaps

10 is way too low, maybe the first one could be 10 but it should go up after each loot eligible run. I still think 12, 13, 14, 15 would better match.

Ulgrax is not the same difficulty as ansurek.

Nah. 11s are too easy especially at a .5 patch.

I did. It’s a terrible idea. Reading it again won’t change that.

This statement literally agrees with me that mplus is easier rofl.

Trying to compare mythic raid vs M+ is dumb in general because there is a huge difference of difficulty in finishing a key and actually timing it.

Getting your hands on 11s and 12s is easy right now, and can easily be completed if you’re able to +2 a 10. Timing is a whole different animal.

Sure, a 10 is definitely easier than mythic Ansurek. It could definitely be higher, I’d guess 12 is ideal but that comes with its own problems.

No it doesn’t. It just means you’re not running keys high enough to compare. I was in a pug last week with a bunch of 617 ilvl people and we killed mythic Ulgrax on the second pull. It was way easier than a 10. So either you’re not very good at M+, or you have a grossly inflated idea of how challenging raid bosses are.

First 2 a week 12, next 2, 13, then 14, then 15.

8 dungeons, 2 per key level.

If you can only do 12s, you get 2 rolls at a myth track item.

I have timed 11s

So you overgeared the first boss on mythic in a pug. So you want a cookie?

Anytime you over gear something it’s easier.

Or I don’t wait to over gear bosses :+1:

Sure, I see your idea. Similar to how many shots at loot you get the more you progress in raid.

I don’t care

However I’d also point out the standard 2/5 chance from m+ is Double the loot acquisition rate of raiding, which is 4/20 simplifying to 1/5.

Of course you don’t once it dismantles your arguments.

Nice 22 parse on ulgrax btw.

I can see why you think 11 are harder because you don’t have a single key with a log where you break a mill overall.
