I still have my BFA boost it was for a instant 110. Why did my two 110 characters become level 45 yet my 110 boost says it for level 48? Should my characters actually be 48?
That is as intended. The boosts scale differently than characters.

Why? This is like saying 2+2=4 except when it has a boost so 2+2=5?..
Because that’s the way the developers wanted it. Characters at level 110 were scaled to level 45. Level 110 character boosts were converted to level 48 boosts.

Sounds like I will be opening a support ticket weekly until I get my 3 levels that they took away from me.
No need to waste your time. You weren’t robbed of three levels.

Yes I was. Clearly both my 110s are missing 3 levels already opened my first ticket.
The 110 boost was intended to get you at the beginning of BfA. At level 45, you are at the beginning of BfA. You have lost nothing and certainly not been “robbed”.

110 should not convert to both level 45 and level 48. I was robbed of 3 levels and wont stop until I get them.
Oh I have done this before and won. All it takes is time and logic.
The developers made the conversion policies, Input. Contacting Support will only result in referring you to the policy, no matter how many times you make a ticket. Eventually, continuing to submit tickets for something that you have been told will not be granted can end in penalties against your account.

Sorry, this is how they wanted it, and it WAS known before the patch hit.
There were people that asked about this discrepancy and were told it was meant to be that way.

I believe the last person that did this got themselves a break from the game for a few days.
Heard this before still got a manager to override policy. If customer support has gotten so bad that logic and reason is not listened to then the company is lost.
Exeptions are conditional on what’s at stake, and they are often intended to be one time things. Don’t assume that because it happened in some other aspect of the game that it will work in all aspects.
You’re always free to ask, but if at any point your are told the matter is closed and not to contact them again about it, heed their warning.

Not when each week I will create a different reason on why it should be fixed. Repeating the same thing would be but changing it a little each time is valid.
At the end of the day, you lost nothing, level 45 positions you exactly where the 110 boost used to.
You tried to game the system and now are faced with the extraordinary difficulty of leveling for 30-45 minutes to get to level 48.

The goal of changing the level number is the same no matter your reasons behind it. Again, if at any point you’re told to stop, if you value your ability to play at all, heed their warning.
