And most donât want it to be balanced across the board but donât make it so the same classes with the same builds and comps are able to cheese and ease their way through a piece of content while simultaneously making it damn near impossible for others. The removal of timers fixes all of that while the number of deaths you have fixes the penalty aspect. In other words, once again, if it ainât broke donât fix it.

Nope, with the sheer power of most of the power ups, you dont need to wait for cooldowns. If you are, it is quite literally a personal choice.
We actually did for and here is why

Power ups are not always granted they way you want them and some are way better than others you might not get the ones you want

I feel like OP is misrepresenting the words of the streamers he watches. I havenât seen them all, but from what Iâve seen, no one wants a limit on how long you can push the content of you want to go to higher and higher floors, but that doesnât mean they are opposed to this soft timer to keep you from waiting on CDsâŚ
He used Preach as an example, all Iâve seen in his gameplay is that he wants for it to be possible to set aside a day, or a large chunk of time at least to be able to push to the limit for number of floors you can complete on you character, not so you can Bloodlust every trash pack.

He cant he doesnât even have the achievement himself he tried to flex but just showed everyone he canât do what he calls simple content
This is exactly what anti timer players want, everything to be easy with no pressure at all.
That way, a month into the expansion theyâll be able to complain thereâs nothing to do there anymore.

Pretty much this on the nose.
Seriously, I want TBC difficult dungeons again. Make us have to CC even if weâre raid geared. Make people actually think about how to do pulls beyond have one big Charlie Foxtrot that you just AoE spam at until victory occurs. Put value back into specs that are stronger on single target past bosses for a change.

Tbc was fine for difficulty but id prefer pre nerf cata that was great
I just want dungeons to be more than brain dead AoE fests. I donât think Iâm asking for much in this regard.

Thank you for that. Iâm one of them. I enjoy taking a slower pace and being able to recover myself after a stressful experience. The game these days seems hellbent on rushing me forward through content and I donât like it. I really wish they would stop with the timer fetish.
Theyâve made no indication that there will be an optional no-timer mode of Torghast, unfortunately.

The timer isnât quick enough that it forces you to go fast or feel the need too. Its more in place to avoid waiting on cds between pulls and doing the cheeze druid strat I tried where I stacked nothing but defensive at lvl 62 onwards I took 0 dmg but it did take me 20 mins plus to kill a boss 
I see this every time someone supports anything that has more than like 4 other supporters. Itâs lost its meaning (a common thing here on the good olâ GD forums).
How many of these anti-timer threads do we need?
We get it. Timers hurt your feelings. It isnât fair that other people are able to do content within a time frame and get rewarded when you canât.
Everyone should just be given free things just because.

The entire thing. There is no timer on torghast. If youâre against difficult content in general, youâre going to be disappointed. A lot of people enjoy a challenge.
Whole bunch of Path of Exile players trying to get their kicks in WoW.
This ainât that kind of game. If you want difficult solo play, go play a solo player game. If you want difficult group content, WoWâs mythic raiding is sitting right there waiting for you.
