it’s okay… Pilot don’t know how to repair aeroplanes and and most aeronautical engineer aren’t pilots.
I’ll try and explain, players still on legacy hardware and deprecated operating system (windows 7) are unable to play warcraft 3 reforged. Some of us were trying to piece together clues as to why that is.
For now, you can either wait for the next patch, or upgrade your PC/Mac that would at least meet min requirements

Yeah on W7 game runs normally no visual bugs even in custom games, the editor gives out an error code “Game data is unable to load and must be repaired. Pls run blizz app to repair, or reinstall game”
did you try the public test realm? thats upcoming patch bro… you can test it there not normally that wont work on windows 7
Yes I’m talking about the PTR version ofc… Doesn’t work for me still.

Clicking repair leads to the same message being displayed afterwards.
Game has worked fine since 2003!
in the PTR the game now works fine for me.
its a little off-topic but i didnt find it elsewhere: can i play multiplayer matches in the PTR?

tested World Editor on PTR 2.0.1.22439 on a Win7 service pack 2 machine with an integrated GFx intel HD3000, works just fine!

PTR works for me aswell. Looks like we could get lucky as soon as it goes live
Win 7 Ultimate, sp 1, all updates done here. PTR still doesn’t work for me. Tried everything. Game ran 100% fine since 2003.
I find it hard to believe you’ve never had a single issue or crash of any kind in 21 years.
Especially not since the original release of Reforged in the last 5 years. I’ve had fewer issues than most people probably but even I have had some issues.
Nope not one. Else I would have posted on the forums and as we can see I have only begun posting after Reforged 2.0 happened.
I don’t believe you. Even in 2003 the game crashed once in a while for me. Not often, mind you, but I’ve pretty much never played a game or used any piece of software that didn’t crash at least once.
Even one time is not never.
