I still don’t understand the dumb idea to combine WC3 and WC3R clients…
If WC3 players wanted anything to do with WC3R we would own the giant garbage heap of a game that is Reforged

That was the ENTIRE point of Reforged lol…
Really frustrating to buy the game after a big new marketing push and have it unplayable.

You clearly don’t work on any big tech company, any live released product has on call devs… the weekend shouldn’t mean no critical patch fixing

Yeah they have 24/7 support…night shifts and everything so the claim of 9-5 is utter bullcrap.
Piratesoftware on youtube goes by Thor (literal middle name) used to work the night shift ffs…
Oh and his Dad is literally “He who has no life” from the WoW south park episode…so yeah his 9-5 claim is shot down right there

I am so sick of waiting for a fix to the Mac build of the game. I’m thinking of using cloud gaming, just for Warcraft III. It’s literally the only game I want to play and no other game can satisfy me now.
So, has anyone tried this approach? Is there a working solution? I don’t mind paying the extra bucks so long as I am playing it

I don’t think you guys realize but…
If they couldn’t get it running for over a month and now after the binary problem has been fix, the game won’t even start… That to me means that internal testers have probably also not been able to work on the 2.0 release on Mac…
Once they do get it to run it’s most likely gonna be a buggy mess for the next months…

Yes, the entire game on mac is STILL getting this error…
Glad it’s not just me doing this. Wonder what they’ll do when Mac is finally fixed? None of us will be here and they base their whole existence on this forum.
