Female archmage, paladin or blood mage?

Why dont make a female version of those heroes archmage, paladin or blood mage for human race

We could very well get some of those but right now let them focus on releasing the game.

Or they can make the game good first and then release it.

There doesn’t need to be a fem paladin.
(Unless you happen to know of a few that were active at that particular time…Then by all means)

Female Archmage you say?
…What? You mean another one?
No love for Jaina here?

A lady blood mage?
Oh sure, yeah that totally won’t backfire with sub-par voice acting and a generally mixed reception that ranges from pissed off to blind defense…
I mean look how well that worked out for the demon huntress…“Cough, cough”.

(Side note: Leave the female death knight alone I like em! they did a good job with the voice and the character model for that one!)

I want a Titlord =D

No, jokes aside: I love the idea of gender swapped heroes. Like a male naga seaking should be epic.

what’s not good about the game ?

They can make a pansexual paladin identifying keeper of the groove for all i care, but after they actually focus on finishing the game. Right now focusing on gender crap over releasing the damn reforge is at best annoying. As someone who was a modder for C&C games for almost 12 years, it took us days to make models with textures and animations for zero hour and those were low poly models with low resolution textures and with basic animations like treads moving on a tank. A gender swap version for reforged is not just a skin, which apparently many people have a problem understanding. It’s a full new high poly model - the chest of arthas has probably more polies than a tank in old C&C games- with it’s own texture, in some cases either adapted or remade animations to fit the new model and they also requires the voice part. This takes a lot of time and a lot of work, which could be focused on doing new models for every reused model in the original warcraft 3. After the game is released in a good quality state - then they can release the whole damn gender identity map if they want - hopefully as payed packs - just to see how many warriors put their money where their mouth it.

The game feels incompleted

  • Many mouths don’t move
  • Many characters don’t look polished e.g. mouths don’t move as mentioned, models look low quality or designed not to match WoW or old War3
  • No new UI
  • There aren’t male/female characters for all the heroes (just like two or three)
  • The campaign doesn’t have new voice lines anymore
  • Animations (just like the characters) look unpolished e.g. not scaled correctly, some animations missing, some too bright

Melee doesn’t have to adhere as strictly to canon.

All the genderswapped Heroes so far are a cringefest, they sound and look out of place. Blizz can no longer make another Maiev or Tyrande.

I would rather get new Heroes, than genderswapped ones. Why does human not get a Ranger Captain? Why does Undead not get Dark Matriarch? Why does Night Elf not get Sworn Sentinel? Why does Orc not get a Half-Breed?

Those would be better than swapping Hero genders, and you could get your damned representation all you want. By like everywhere else, it is not about creating female characters, but destroying male ones.

beastmaster be like: “am i a joke to you”

Beastmaster is a Tavern Neutral. I was thinking more like Garona, an Intelligence based caster.
Could also get a Warlock, since a lot of people preffered the Evil Horde, as is natural.

Now now, don’t give me that.
we both know that while that is true…
Every single pally in the game is a paladin that was at least active at that particular time in the lore.
Same goes for the Death knights, including the ladies.
(Though some are definitely a stretch, I.E certain Baronesses)

Ah yes, famed paladins like - Granis Darkhammer, Jorn the Redeemer, Sage Truthbearer, Malak the Avenger, Gavinrad the Dire, Morlune the Mighty, Agamand the True, Ballador the Bright, Manadar the Healer, Zann the Defender, Arius the Seeker, Aurrius the Pure, Karnwield the Seeker, Buzan the Fearless.

With Buzan possibly only having credibility because of Lord Nicholas Buzan but even then that’s speculation.

…
Crap.

Alright fine maybe not ALL of them were paladins of note(and some might have been made up…)

But a fair chunk of those names belonged to various paladins that were in the campaign.
And ALL of the newer models have a fair bit of lore themselves to boot.

So fine, make up a few female paladins but if you can’t at least come up with some of said few that “might”(by all means stretch and imply if you have to) have actually been around and I will cease all argument.

Liadrin does not count.

What about that one guy that oversaw the great tower rushing of the night elves back in 2006 on Goldshire? That paladin was very important to the lore.

I think we could get gender swapped heroes in patches but I would rather focus on making the original game first.

One of The first 5 paladin and killed by Arthas in The campaign. This give is The one that gave Arthas his warhammer when he became a paladin

All The other at least 5 or 6 are real paladin in warcraft lore because when you source The name you find response

And the other half of them?

I’m trying to illustrate that melee is for fun. It’s built on the lore and canon obviously but it’s not bound by law. Again, what if I’m a human player tower rushing a night elf player (that has a Pit Lord hero) on the Goldshire map?

I don’t think that ever happened in Elwynn Forest.
