Desync at start in few maps

Hello,
I want to submit the huge problem since the Reforged version. Some Maps have desync problems for many of us. It happens on certains Maps in particular >>Every time <<.
It happen on :
-Troll & Elves (all versions)
-Custom Hero Survival (All version)
-Line Tower Wars (all versions)

Its always the same problem, the game load, it happen few seconds, and boom desync. I did videos :

I largely have the config necessary to play:
-i5 4670k @4ghz
-24 GB Ram
-RX 480 4GB
-SSD/HDD
-12 mbps (iā€™m alone on my connection)

And i play on old War3 battlenet since 2005 (and on Warcraft since Warcraft 1 on Win95, a good client !). Never had this problem before Reforged.

I chat a lot in the home channel with other peoples, many of us have this problem on these maps precisely. I tried everything. Help please !
