Can u fix desync?

Simply, read my post and my videos,
I’ve been complaining to Blizzard for months about these desync on some maps. I never had a response from a dev or others.

Desync at start in few maps

Hello, I want to submit the huge problem since the Reforged version. Some Maps have desync problems for many of us. It happens on certains Maps in particular >>Every time <<. It happen on : -Troll & Elves (all versions) -Custom Hero Survival (All version) -Line Tower Wars (all versions) Its always the same problem, the game load, it happen few seconds, and boom desync.
