Any chance for co-op campaign?

I really liked playing the co-op campaign in Wc3, but it was an absolute pain because you had to have load codes, be able to connect via custom game lobby and it hardly really worked for some reason.

Any chance we can get some co-op campaign in Reforged?

There’s a lot of missed oppertunities on coop campaign in RTS. If WC3R had that It would be amazing!

Co-op campaign would be absolutely fantastic, considering that its overhaul is already in progress. J-just imagine a 3-player hold at the Mount Hyjal, for example! Other guys could control allied factions, a hero within a faction or even a hero-version of an allied unit (The Captain + his Undead-version and Naisha), depending on a character setup of a given mission.
Although it would require certain amounts of work in order to merge campaign with multiplayer.

I wouldn’t worry about it.
They probably won’t do it, but the community can “easily” create it.

I do hope they will add co-op to the campaign! Some people made custom maps that were the campaign maps and it allowed 2 people to play. Most maps it’d be easy, just let the other player control the other hero and slightly improvise with the bases to allow 2 to try share for space. For the maps when there only was 1 hero, can have something improvised (like with the Human campaign, have Falric as a playable figure as he tagged along with Arthas most of the time).

I would rather see co-op mode like in sc2 with Hero progression, random enemy builds and a ton of objective oriented missions.

Why not both? People already made all of wc3 campaign in co-op. But I’d also love the replay-ability of sc2’s co-op

Don’t know about Co-op campaign like the “Path of the Damned” campaign format - but the “Founding of Durotar” style could work.

But what I would like to see would be a SC 2 type of Co-op. With fully custom races like Naga and Burning Legion.

there is a community made one currently
“the-2-player-campaign” in the hive workshop
check it out its really neat even though base building is kinda lenghy
but yeah plz blizz coop missions would be sweet

Co-op is almost a must for me. Its one of those things that adds a whole new dimension to WC3 without taking away from the base game.

Co-op campaign would be great, but also challenge mods and beyond would be great. I am sure many map makers would be happy to contribute, but its important its a supported and managed feature by Blizzard i.e. you don’t have to go hunting for it, its just a core feature of WC3 reforged.
