Zerg needs to be timegated (like warpgate does w/P)

Zerg is designed around a more streamlined and efficient worker and unit production, and even in this case zerg is usually behind in workers when compared to protoss until well into third base saturation.

Yes, zerg explodes in economy after that point. And? Its how the race is designed. Also in the early game the expansion speed of zerg means more vulnerabilities, as more bases that are open always means spreading one’s forces thinner to cover the fronts. Zerg needs to have stronger production to cover their need of expansion and a healthy queen count for defense and creep spread to connect the bases, else picking off hatheries would be way too easy, which does not only cripple economy but also military production, making timing attacks and all-ins much more damaging against them.

Basically, if zerg production is decreased and/or queens were nerfed in the proposed ways, holding any kind of push/all-in would mean surrendering the crippled production to only military units, meaning that not only zerg would have not had available the drones to function economically but with the nerfed production, they wouldn’t be able to bounce back by droning once the attack had been fended off.

So yes, zerg production is more streamlined than the other races’ production. This will not change. You guys are going to have to either deal with it or get very upset, you choose.

The race is designed to swarm. Which zerg doesn’t do in LOTV. They are like protoss, they sit back for 15 mins and make units that equal in strength to that of protoss units at a greater pace. Each every zerg unit have more than one use, while protoss has units that aren’t even viable in any comp, LMAO.

Either nerf the production or nerf the units. Or rework the race completely.

Ok so the race is designed to have a broken economy. Thank you for letting me know.

Different races are designed to have different advantages. One of zerg’s is economy. You’ll have to learn to live with it.

But their units are far too cost efficient now for them to also have an eco advantage.
