Maybe, if he says Z is easy is probably because he does not plays mid-lategame, when the things starts becoming hard for zerg.Cheesing, and busting people on two-three base eco and pressing a single key for making units for sure it’s easy. Having to defend several points, doing runbys, keeping the pressure while teching up, controlling the lategame composition…is what makes Z not that easy, everybody can play like noregret with no control groups and never teching to Hive, almost none can play like Serral or Reynor, and of couse no random Z ladder warrior will be able to play like that.
They are not bad, they are pretty good, there just a few of them they are not that good depending whats happening on the game. Roaches starts being really good, but at lategame they are bad.Lurkers are just average units, not really good, terrible.SH requires a lot of supply, sometimes they are efficient, and sometimes you lose the game because you made them. Then:
-Ling,good
-Hidra,good
-Queen,good
-Corruptor, pretty good
-Blord,good
-Viper,really good
-Ling,really good
-Baneling,good
-Ravager,really good
-Infestor,good
-Muta,very good
Its right now probably the hardest macro, but not because of inject, thats easy, you use backspace method and it’s nothing. The difficulty becomes when you must drone safely and enemy is harassing you, doing some all in, timing or stuff and you must have enough eco to stop it, then at lategame is difficult because you need to recreep, inject, morph units, runbys, teching, positioning units, keeping a healthy eco and replenish your army all the time. And a lot of the time you must be aware about incomings attacks, you cant be like toss or T sitting on your bases without doing nothing but massing army and teching or staying at chokes while being almost invulnerable.
Its not about APM, its easy to reach 200 apm as Z, the hardest thing is dronning and harassing while being efficient at trades, knowing when and where to attack, when to drone, when to going for the attack.
