I was googling around and realized, “Players who bought the game can also still play Swann, Zagara and Vorazun to max level.” I still have my physical copies of Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm. Would this qualify me to unlock the above commanders? And how could I go about doing so?
Are your purchases recognized by Battle.net?
Do the battle.net shop give you a discount on the purchase of the full collection (including Legacy of Void and Nova Covert Ops)?

If Battlenet doesn’t recognize that you have WoL and HotS, you can register the CD keys in your Battlenet account management.
That will tell the system you own the games and allow any associated digital content to unlock.
What I’m not sure about is if WoL and HotS is enough to unlock the 4 commanders. Currently, they are part of the “Campaign Collection” where all 4 campaigns are purchased.
But it’s worth trying. If anything, it will protect you if you ever lose your disks or CD keys.
