The support forums are player-to-player help only. The only place you can get support from Bliz is through the ticket system.
The code you are getting is a report ID that references a report on Bliz’s side, so be sure to include it in the ticket.

I will also be filing a ticket for this issue. I can’t play custom games anymore. I CTD out of 80% of them.
I’ve been playing for years and I’ve been trying to isolate the issue. Followed all protocol for troubleshooting and still CTDs occur. Tried clean installing an older Graphics driver, no dice. Will be reseating my hardware next.
