I don’t know about the appearance but effect would stack.
Funny thing is that the Mengsk that appear in coop is implied as a clone. One of the dialogue from imperial witness is “Whatever nonsense you might hear, I am not a clone.” which makes me think he is clone.
Believable considering he constructed the Hybrid lab in WoL, so no doubt in my mind that he would pull a Palpatine and make clones of himself.
