Good evening!
I’m a veteran starcraft 2 player trying to recover my main account which i lost access to because it is tied to a yahoo email that got eliminated due to inactivity.
Since i bought a new computer, whenever i try to get access to the account it asks me to check the email for the 6 digit code.
I have been that smart that i sold the old computer, after formatting it, and now i’m stuck.
Years ago i opened a ticket and provided my ID, i can do the same again if needed.
The mail was very similar to the one i’m using now and the starcraft2 nickname is the same (madMax).
I hope i can get help to recover my beloved accout, i can provide any info whenever needed.
What else can i say… i had more than 10000 matches and the last times i played on that account, at least consistently, was the last summer.
Thank you in advance, wish u the best!
Hey ProblemSolvr,
A support ticket is the only way to do something like this. Like last time, you’ll have to go through verifications steps (which may have changed over the years).
Hey there!
Thank you for the answer.
I must say, i’m trying to open a support ticket, but with no results.
The last time (several years ago) this worked because i could chat with someone, but i can’t do that anylonger.
Help me please
Using the alternate account you’re logged into now, you can start the process here:
In the ticket, be sure to state the email of the account you want to recover/change so that the support staff can locate it.
Thank you mister. I somehow managed to send a proper ticket giving my newest contacts (phone, email) and attaching an ID jpeg image. I’ll update you soon. Thanks again, bye!
