SC2 process is not responding after getting about halfway into loading. Very frustrating.

It appears you are tethered to a cellular connection. This type of connection is not supported by us as it can be unstable and packet loss may impact the ability to install/patch data. Your issue is very likely related to the type of connection you are attempting to patch over. We would recommend utilizing a residential ISP connection or it may resolve itself on it’s own if you try during off peak hours for your area.
