The game cannot be started with 64-bit

It can only be started successfully after changing it to 32-bit in the settings, Otherwise it will appear 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000.

I also tried to delete the battle in “%LOCALAPPDATA%, %APPDATA%, %TEMP%, %PROGRAMDATA%”, Turn off the firewall, reinstall the system, reinstall the game, but it didn’t work.
