After the authentication phase, I’m receiving an error stating there is a temporary outage of Battle.net services. I’ve tried multiple remedies such as clearing cache, reinstalling the game, ensuring PTR is not installed, reaching out to Blizzard directly, and researching independently on forums. I cannot seem to find a solution to fix this issue.
I am able to log on to the non-US servers but everyone I play with is on the US server. This has only occurred since the last patch. All routes I’ve taken have not been successful so far to resolve this glitch. Can someone please help?

I have also been having this issue for about a week - sent an email to support and their solutions did not work.

I have found a fix for me. Under allow an app through firewall I noticed (C:\program files (x86)\starcraft ii\versions\base93333\sc2_x64.exe) was unchecked. I checked it and now I can log into NA servers. good luck!

Having the same issue also. Seems to be a yearly bug as you can find forums dating back from like 2017 reporting same issue. Blizzard just cant fix apparently as no devs

Me too. EU region. Was fine for years. Exception has been allowed in the firewall.
Still having this problem. Tried fixes from all the threads dating back to December about this issue. Does not work for US/EU/KR for me.

This issue is currently affecting the EU servers. It has also happened to NA players before, but right now, EU seems to be the main problem.
Blizzard support has confirmed that this is not an issue on the players’ side, but on Blizzard’s side.
Some players are affected, while others can play normally.
There is no known fix, just waiting and hoping.
It’s important to keep this issue visible so Blizzard takes action.
If you’re affected, please report it so Blizzard is aware. We need an official update on this problem.
