First of all, ingame store is broken, does not work at all, only question marks where prices should be listed in game. Second, alot of “options” on the SC2 battle.net app store are gone? I bought WOL and HOTS on release, but never got LOTV. Now if i want to play LOTV campaign i need to rebuy the whole campaign collection? I also think i previously had access to LOTV campaign without purchasing it… Coming back to the game has sadly been such a headache.
It is for many, and it manifests in different ways for different people. Unfortunately, SC2 ended development almost six years ago, so there a couple things that have broken down and haven’t been fixed.

The LotV prologue is free to play. The main campaign and epilogue must be purchased.
