A couple of questions:

  • When you disconnect, is it from the game or from the server?
  • Does it only apply to ladder games?
  • When did this issue start? Was it working fine before?

Hey Enigma,

Thanks for providing the WinMTR for us. It doesn’t look too bad overall, although there’s a bit of a latency spike on the 2nd line, which would be the ISP network. Can you try power cycling the network and see if that helps?

If that doesn’t do the trick, you can also try rebooting using Selective Startup which will help shut down background processes/services in case something else is interfering with the game connection.

  1. Press Windows Key+R.
  2. Type msconfig and press Enter.
  3. Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items.
  4. Select the Services tab.
  5. Check Hide all Microsoft services.
  • Note: Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
  1. Click Disable all.
  2. Click Apply then click OK.
  3. Click Restart.

Hopefully that helps!
