Starcraft II Crash Issue on Windows 11 - Error Code: 3927FB9

Dear Blizzard Support Team,

I am experiencing frequent crashes when attempting to launch Starcraft II on my Windows 11 system. Each time I try to start the game, it crashes immediately, and I receive the following error code: 3927FB91-D035-4AAF-B9A9-BAA30341C2AA.

I have already taken the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Updated my graphics drivers to the latest version.
  2. Ran the “Scan and Repair” function through the Battle.net launcher.
  3. Reset the in-game settings to default.
  4. Disabled OneDrive syncing for the Documents folder containing Starcraft II files.
  5. Launched the game as an administrator.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I would appreciate any guidance you could provide to help resolve this problem. Please let me know if further information, such as a DxDiag report, is needed for diagnostics.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Hey Ekko,

The support forums aren’t contact points with Bliz Support. (They are only player to player assistance.)

Before contacting Support directly, try unsyncing OneDrive from the entire Documents folder to see of that allows the game to run. If not…

The code you received is a report ID that only Bliz can read. So if unsyncing the Documents folder didnt work, you may need to contact Bliz directly through the support ticket system. Be sure to include the report ID and all the steps you tried.

Core Ultra or Gen 13/14 Intel cpu?

you need to set the game to use direct 3d 11, as your cpu does not support direcct 3d 9. you change that in the variables file in the starcraft 2 folder in your documents folder.
