StarCraft 2 Booting up but no progress appearing

So StarCraft boots up on my new computer but my pfp doesn’t appear, my campaign and coop progress doesn’t appear and I can’t play multiplayer. What is weird is that I can see chat messages but not which channel they are coming from. I am logged into the right region and my computer is connected to the internet. Can anyone give me suggestions on what to do?

how many times has this occured. and do you have one drive on your comp

This has only started happening yesterday, every time I boot up the game. It also happens when I reinstall the game and the launcher. I only have one drive on my computer

no im not asking if you have multiple drives or a single hard drive, im asking if you have ONEDRIVE, as in the cloud system. Make sure thats unsynced from sc2 or completely shut off.

also you said you using a new computer, have you played sc2 on ever before or did you just install it to the new comp. Secondly when you did log in sc2 did you wait or just see it didnt load right and shut it off, if you rushed and shut it off please try waiting a bit for things to load up, sometimes thats slow.

did you fix it or something since you deleted the post

I disabled one drive, which somewhat fixed the game. I can see everything however I still can’t play the game as it says not available why initializing

check and make sure make sure your sc2.exe has permission to the internet

Yep that was it. Thanks so much for the help!
