Star Craft 2 won't start

Star Craft 2 won’t start. I receive this error code: Blzbntagt00000bc9.
All it says is “Whoops! Looks like something broke. Give it another shot.”

The game was up to date, v 5.0.7. I launched and played it successfully earlier today. Switched off the pc, came back later, switched back on, and found this issue.

I have done everything that they recommend on BLZBNTAGT00000BC9 - Blizzard Support, except for uninstalling and reinstalling the game, as I have a limited amount of data
