Other apps and games are ok, but on Blizzard the sound and cinematics have stopped working. I have done a lot of troubleshooting, updated drivers, changed the interface, run scan and repair in Blizzard, checked settings and even uninstalled and reinstalled a newly purchased version on disk. And I have turned off firewalls.
It seems my gamers republic computer no longer likes Blizzard.

Hey Blondie,
It may seem obvious but the most common cause for lack of sound is the game being muted in the Windows settings. Have you checked the volume mixer while the game is running? If so, we should try testing the game after a selective startup.
Hello Im having exact same issue I read some threads and in my sound options it has the 7.1 instead of realtec. I do have nahimic though. The thing is I thought it worked and now It doesn’t.
