I have the same issue.
I tried reinstalling, playing on a different computer, resetting my options. It keeps happening. The only way I found to avoid it was to play on a different server, I am EU, there it crashes, but its fine on NA.

The issue has been replicated by our technical support team. This does not mean that we have confirmed the bug and quality assurance needs to run through some testing first.
