SC2 won't run unless I disconnect from the net and runs on 40fps - 90fps

Hi Guys looking for help regarding my problem:

so I run a cpu:3500x and gpu: 5700xt. all the drivers for gpu and cpu is up to date.

First problem is star craft 2 won’t run unless I disconnect from the internet.
The steps to run the game will be:

  1. disconnect lan cable from modem
  2. run battlenet
  3. run sc2
  4. while its loading/bufferinf connect my cable
  5. then play

2nd problem is that it supposed to run on a high fps in 1440p with the graphics being high or extreme but it keeps stuttering or fps will just be on the 40s-60s

please help

Thanks for reaching out on this. Players should definitely not have to go through so much just to get the game working! Lets try this:

  1. Windows Network Reset
  2. Troubleshooting security applications
  3. Closing background applications
