SC2 does not connect in game

Hi,
Been consistently having the problem trying to play on my Mac, the game launches but is practically unplayable because none of the menu options are available apart from the Campaign.
When I contacted Blizzard support, they told me this is a connection issue, but were generally pretty useless trying to help me.
The issue does not happen when I use a Windows client on the same network, only on my Mac, and makes the game basically unplayable.

Any hints to try and fix this? It’s not like I have a firewall blocking anything, the game logs in to battle.net but just nothing loads in game, or the lobbys I try and join that I can see just throw up an error.

I’m bumping this, because I’ve been unable to connect to US server for three days in a row now. EU server connects just fine, but US goes into infinite loading loop.
I play from Ukraine. If I use Dutch VPN, then the game connects to US server just fine. However, my native Ukrainian IP does not connect. Although three days ago and before everything worked fine.

Same here, I’m play at US server from Hong Kong (Asia) since SCII started. Last week was just fine but suddenly I can’t login to US server from this Monday.

All my game profile is at US and I really don’t want to start it all over again. Hope Technical support (if they are still here) could work something out and fast…

The problem persists on my part as well.

I cannot connect to the US Server also. But when I tried Asia or EU, it worked very well. Seems like Blizzard is not concentrating on StarCraft 2 pretty much.

Just tested the game. The issue seems to be finally fixed for me, now I can successfully connect both to US and to EU :+1:
