SC2 D3D9 device lost

Hello, SC2 community,
I recently had a game crash when running a SC2 custom map. Here is my error log.

The laptop I am using is ASUS TUF GAMING F16:
13th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i9-13980HX 2.20 GHz
32.0 GB RAM
Windows 11 Home Edition 23H2
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop

The steps I have taken include:

  1. Uninstall/reinstall/restart SC2, Battle.net, Blizzard Entertainment files/folders and all related data (programs/applications/local applications)
  2. Graphics driver uninstall/reinstall/computer restart.
  3. Windows 11 operating system uninstall/reinstall/repair.
  4. Modify the graphics setting level in the game options, such as applying various resolution outputs, selecting full screen/windowed/windowed (full screen) display options, and performance settings from low to extreme.

But it still doesn’t work. I tried to use vulkan or D3D11 by startup or modifying Variables.txt, but it didn’t work. When I looked for a solution using GPT, it said to have GFX9_win64.dll, and GFX11_win64.dll, but my friends who can play games normally don’t have similar files.

Any comments/help would be greatly appreciated. This error makes it impossible for me to play a full game.
